Other Routes
Where Else Do Your Spins Come From?
Here are the six routes beyond the welcome and the deposit tiers, each with its own slot and rules.
Identity Check Reward
Send your proof of identity, proof of address and payment method confirmation; 5 spins at NZ$0.10 land on Starlight Princess, with verification finished inside 3 hours.
5 × NZ$0.10 · Starlight Princess · 35x winnings
Open the App First
Download the app and sign in for the first time; 20 spins at NZ$0.10 go to Spectra, and you have 3 days to claim them.
20 × NZ$0.10 · Spectra · 20x winnings
Confirm Your Email
Confirm the email address on your account; 25 spins at NZ$0.10 on Ocean's Treasure arrive, but they expire in 3 days while wagering runs 7 days.
25 × NZ$0.10 · Ocean's Treasure · 20x winnings
Slot of the Week Spins
Deposit at least NZ$20 on the slot of the week; 100 spins at NZ$0.10 on Book Of Aztec follow, valid one day with 25x wagering.
100 × NZ$0.10 · Book Of Aztec · 25x winnings
Bringing a Friend?
Invite up to 5 friends who deposit NZ$20 or more; each qualifying friend brings 25 spins at NZ$0.10 on The Easter Catch.
25 × NZ$0.10 · The Easter Catch · 35x winnings
When You Chase the Board
Enter a weekly tournament and climb the board; the top 10 places take spins, with up to 500 spins for first.
Level Ladder
Your VIP Level and Its Spin Allowance
Each VIP level lifts the spin count, from 20 at level 1 to 300 at level 5, and the allowance repeats every month with 20x wagering.
Read this after a spin pays and before you ask for a withdrawal.
Slot First, Then The Rest
Spins on the named slot go the whole way to the wagering target, while other games on the site chip in less or not at all.
The 45x Factor
Wild Bandito winnings carry a 45x factor, so NZ$1.92 of expected win from 20 spins asks for about NZ$86.40 of play.
Bonus Balance, Not Cash
Nothing lands in your cash balance at first: the NZ$1.92 expected from those 20 spins arrives as bonus money until the conditions are met.
One Bite Per Household
One set of 20 no-deposit spins on Wild Bandito is allowed per person, per household and per device, so a second sign-up wins nothing extra.
Three Days Tabled
Check the Day Before You Deposit
Spins tied to fixed days remove the guesswork of hunting for a bonus that only shows up now and then.

Claiming Your Spins
Your Path to Spinning and Cashing Out
By the end of this you will know where to enter the code, which slot to open and how to clear the wagering.
Which Offer Fits?
Read the spins count, the slot name and the minimum deposit before you commit. Check whether the offer wants a code, and note that Skrill deposits do not qualify for the welcome spins.
Registering for the First Time
Register with your email address and one account only. Duplicate accounts get closed, so give your real details and skip opening a second profile.
Bonus Section and Code
Go to the bonus section of your account and enter the offer code there, or apply it at deposit. Each code has a short activation window, some as tight as one day.
Only the Named Slot
Load only the named slot, since the spins do not work elsewhere. Every spin runs at its fixed stake, so you cannot raise or lower it.

Six Answers on Spins
Realz Casino Spin Questions Answered
Realz Casino keeps terms short and readable, so you can check a rule before you claim anything.
trustWhat if I want more spins after the first batch runs out?+
Take the welcome series once per new account, then the weekly drops each week with a qualifying deposit. Birthday spins come round once a year, and the no-deposit set stays a one-time claim on a fresh account.
trustWhen can I start spinning on my phone?+
Spins open in the browser on any modern phone, and the app installs the same lobby with no download fee. Install it, sign in with your email, and the spins sit ready in the bonus area.
trustWhy does the licence number matter to a New Zealand player?+
Because the Malta Gaming Authority supervises the operation, player funds and payouts follow its rules. Realz Casino Ltd. holds license MGA/B2C/165/2005, so disputes have a regulator to escalate to.
trustWhere do I find spins for verifying my email or app?+
Three actions pay spins: confirming your email adds 25 on Ocean's Treasure, installing the app adds 20 on Spectra, and passing verification adds 5 on Starlight Princess. Each lands in your bonus list after the step clears.
trustCan I spin on a game other than the one listed?+
Stick to the slot named in the offer, since spins run at their fixed value there and nowhere else. Loading a different game with a bonus active will not release the spins, and some titles stay blocked while wagering runs.
trustWhat if my spin winnings are still bonus money?+
Winnings sit as bonus money until the wagering figure clears, then they convert and withdraw to your method. Meet any cap on a no-deposit set and finish verification first, or the cash-out request stalls.
Spin Budget Tools You Control
Treat every spin as a bonus rather than an obligation, since nothing here requires another deposit or another round. Set deposit limits, loss limits or a session reminder from your account, and step away whenever you like. The Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand and the Gambling Helpline New Zealand advise anyone who wants a word.
Deposit limits. Caps what you can pay in over a day, week or month, so a spin session cannot pull more cash than you planned.
Self-exclusion. Locks your account for a period you choose, blocking logins and deposits until it ends.
Session time reminders. Nudges you to check the clock at intervals you pick, so long sessions do not slip past unnoticed.
Missing Spins And Their Causes
Country Outside The Offer. Offers are opened for New Zealand players only, so a sign-up from elsewhere leaves the bonus section empty and no code will change that.
Finding Your Counter. Spins live inside the slot of the offer, so open Wild Bandito or Hot to Burn and the counter shows up there rather than anywhere else.
A Fresh Game Load. A page that was already open keeps the old state, so reload the game after activating and the spins should register within a moment.
Did You Claim It?. Spins wait in the bonus area until you claim them, and an unclaimed set simply sits there until its expiry passes.
Support With Offer And Time. Should each step fail, message live chat with the offer name and the time you activated it, and support can look the entry up.
